02 — Purpose of the Site

The Site exists to inform about the technical repair service for Schaudt GmbH Elektroblock control units provided by the owner, to show the repairable models, to document the most common faults, and to facilitate contact for service provision.

The Site does not sell products directly and does not process online payments. All service bookings are managed through the contact channels listed (WhatsApp or phone).

03 — Intellectual property

The texts, source code, design, original technical diagrams and original photographs published on the Site are the property of the owner and are protected under current intellectual property law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, Spanish Intellectual Property Act).

Total or partial reproduction of the original content of the Site is prohibited without express written authorisation from the owner, except for private, non-commercial use and the exceptions provided for by law.

04 — Trademarks and trade names cited

The trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs cited on the Site —in particular,Schaudt GmbH (manufacturer of the Elektroblock) and the campervan brands referenced such as Hymer, Bürstner, Dethleffs, LMC, Eura Mobil, Niesmann+Bischoff, Carthago, Rapido, Chausson, Adria and Karmann, as well as electronic component brands (Song Chuan, Vishay, Infineon, Omron, International Rectifier, Fluke, Vici)— are the property of their respective owners. They are cited solely for informational and descriptive purposes relating to the technical service provided.

The owner of the Site is not an authorised distributor, authorised service centre, dealer, or representative of Schaudt GmbH or any of the brands cited.

05 — Exclusion of liability

The technical guides published in the Faults section of the Site are for guidance only and are based on the owner's professional experience. Repairing an Elektroblock involves working withmains voltage (230 V) and internal capacitors that store dangerous electrical charge, so the owner expressly recommends that all repair work be carried out by technicians qualified in power electronics.

The owner is not liable for damages —material or personal— that may arise from the application by the user of the technical guides published on the Site.

The owner does not guarantee continuous availability of the Site and reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw its content at any time.

06 — External links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (component manufacturers, specialist forums, technical datasheets) whose contents are not under the owner's control. The owner is not liable for the content, accuracy or availability of those pages.

07 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
