- To respond to the user's enquiry about the repair service.
- To prepare a quote and, where applicable, formalise the service.
- To manage shipping and return of the repaired unit by courier.
- To issue the corresponding invoice with the legally required fiscal details.
- To provide after-sales support during the warranty period (3 months).
03 — Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for data processing is the performance of a contract between the owner and the user for the delivery of the requested service, together with compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, tax) of the owner.
For pre-contractual contacts, the legal basis is the user's consent, granted when initiating communication through the channels listed.
04 — Data collected
The data voluntarily provided by the user typically includes:
- First and last name.
- Phone (WhatsApp).
- Postal address for return shipping of the repair.
- Vehicle details (make, model, year) and Elektroblock details (model, symptom).
- For invoicing, national ID/tax number and billing address.
05 — Retention period
Data is kept for the time necessary to deliver the service and attend to the warranty period (3 months). Fiscal data is kept for the legally required period (typically 6 years, under the Spanish Commercial Code).
06 — Data sharing with third parties
Personal data is only shared with third parties when strictly necessary for the delivery of the service:
- Courier companies (SEUR, Correos Express, GLS, DHL): postal address and contact details for shipping.
- Banking entities: when payment is made by bank transfer or Bizum.
- Spanish Tax Agency: to comply with fiscal obligations.
The owner does not share data with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes and does not carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area.
07 — User rights
Users have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, under the terms set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
